What is a Workplace Needs Assessment?
A workplace needs assessment is a structured process used to identify the skills, resources, support, and improvements needed to help employees and the organisation perform at their best.

It involves gathering information, through an assessment, usually three hours with the employee and manager/HR, to pinpoint gaps between where things are now and where they need to be.
This assessment helps employers make informed decisions about training, support, wellbeing initiatives, equipment, work processes, coaching, co-coaching, and awareness of ND.

Recommend solutions and improvements by providing actionable insights and strategies to address identified gaps, such as new training programs, adjustments or process optimisations.
